Step inside the Newsplex at the Wee Kim Wee School of Communication and Information – especially in the final weeks of every semester – and one can instantly feel the bustling atmosphere of this interdisciplinary news laboratory.
This 360-degree view of the Newsplex offers a glimpse into a WKWSCI student’s life – as many converge here to brainstorm and create compelling stories. The venue is also home to campus publications WKWSCI Alumni Magazine and The Nanyang Chronicle.
The Newsplex boasts individual workstations and a mini-studio for broadcast productions. Simulating a real newsroom, students here are moulded into future professionals of the communications industry.
